Research-led pricing guide. Prices checked 15 October 2026 for the published November 2026 India enrollment offers. HealthyWayFit sells a competing lifestyle service. We have not enrolled in FFD or obtained a personalized quote.

Freedom From Diabetes fees depend on the program, care tier, residence and current batch. The India enrollment pages checked for its 139th Holistic Transformation Program batch displayed ₹44,400 for Standard and ₹88,800 for Premium primary membership. These are dated advertised registration fees, not a confirmed all-in quote for every applicant.

This article is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine or medication.

What fees are currently advertised for India?

For the November 2026 batch, we selected “In India” on the public registration pages to distinguish the India offer from the overseas version. The following amounts were visible without submitting an application or personal details.

Which FFD program are you actually pricing?

Distinguish the introductory session, the year-long online Holistic Transformation Program and the separate residential offer. A fee for one is not automatically a fee for the others.

The official program overview describes these as different services. Ask for the exact program and care tier on your quote. If residential attendance interests you, clarify its relationship to online enrollment, accommodation and other required spending.

A short introduction can help you learn about an offer, but attending it does not tell you the complete cost or clinical suitability of a year-long commitment. Keep those decisions separate.

Which FFD program are you actually pricing? INTRODUCTION: A separate information session; ONLINE HTP: A year-long program; RESIDENTIAL: Clarify separate commitments.

What does the Standard tier describe?

The Standard registration page describes a year of personalized and group support, including clinical, diet and exercise contacts. Ask which professionals will be assigned to you and how appointments are arranged.

Its listed contact schedule varies by role and stage. Rather than treating “support” as a single item, request a calendar showing individual appointments, group learning and messaging. Ask how missed sessions, holidays and staff changes affect access.

The page also describes supporting-partner benefits. Confirm whether a partner receives education and group access or their own clinical assessment. A supporting partner and a second primary participant should not be assumed to receive the same service.

What does the Standard tier describe? PERSONAL CARE: Ask for the contact schedule; GROUP ACCESS: Separate learning and appointments; PARTNER: Confirm the precise benefits.
Editorial comparison questions. Confirm current services, clinical suitability and terms with the provider.

What does paying for Premium change?

The Premium page describes a different care schedule and more frequent early contacts than Standard. Ask FFD to explain the difference in your proposed care, rather than choosing from the tier name alone.

Request a side-by-side written comparison covering clinician appointments, diet support, exercise review and included partner access. Confirm the role and availability of the actual team assigned to you. Do not assume a premium label means unlimited appointment time or direct personal care from the founder.

Care-tier selection should reflect professional assessment and the service offered. This article cannot decide which tier is clinically appropriate, especially if you use insulin or have complications.

What does paying for Premium change? CONTACT FREQUENCY: Compare the early-care schedule; ASSIGNED TEAM: Know who will work with you; SUITABILITY: Request professional assessment.
Editorial comparison questions. Confirm current services, clinical suitability and terms with the provider.

Which costs should you ask about beyond enrollment?

Ask whether the registration amount is your complete expected program cost. A fee can cover professional support while leaving tests, treatment or other purchases outside the package.

Use a written checklist: laboratory tests, medicines, supplements, devices, travel, optional events, residential attendance and post-program renewal. We have not verified that all these items are required or excluded; they are categories to clarify before payment.

Compare the same duration when considering alternatives. If you want to judge a paid meal service, our personalised diet plan checklist explains how to distinguish assessment, written advice and ongoing revisions.

Which costs should you ask about beyond enrollment? PROGRAM FEE: Ask what registration covers; OTHER SPENDING: Check tests and purchases; AFTER YEAR ONE: Ask about renewal.
Editorial comparison questions. Confirm current services, clinical suitability and terms with the provider.

How should you read installment and cancellation terms?

Read the agreement attached to your enrollment and ask FFD to resolve unclear or conflicting clauses in writing. This is a purchasing checklist, not an interpretation of your legal rights.

The Standard registration page checked contains both broad non-refundable language and a separate conditional cancellation section. That makes it especially important to obtain a clear explanation of the applicable process, deadlines and deductions before payment. Do not assume a verbal assurance overrides written terms.

Ask whether installments spread an existing total commitment or allow cancellation without further payment. Clarify pause requests, batch transfers, supporting-member payments and renewal. Save the version of the offer and terms that applies to you.

How should you read installment and cancellation terms? WRITTEN TERMS: Resolve unclear clauses; INSTALLMENTS: Understand the total obligation; CANCELLATION: Confirm deadlines and deductions.

Does a higher fee mean a better chance of remission?

Price and care-tier names do not establish an individual’s chance of remission. Assess the service you receive and the evidence separately.

A 2025 retrospective FFD study evaluated a year-long intervention in nonobese Indian adults with type 2 diabetes. It describes outcomes in a selected clinical population, rather than proving that paying for a higher current tier improves outcomes or that everyone will become medication-free.

Our remission guide explains the distinction between improved control, remission and permanent cure. Ask any provider to define the outcome it discusses and identify the clinician responsible for medication decisions.

Does a higher fee mean a better chance of remission? PRICE: Does not establish your outcome; RESEARCH: Check population and study design; MEDICINES: Keep prescribing responsibility clear.

What should you compare with another program?

Compare like-for-like access, follow-up and financial obligations, rather than matching only the number of months. One year of portal access may not mean the same thing as one year of individual appointments.

ComparisonAsk both providers
Individual timeWho meets me, how often and for how long?
Clinical scopeWho assesses suitability and handles prescribing?
Food adaptationWho changes the plan when it does not fit?
AccessibilityWhat happens if I cannot attend or use the app?
Total commitmentWhat is compulsory, optional and renewable?

FFD advertises personalized guidance as well as group components. Do not reduce that offer to “only webinars.” Compare the actual enrollment packages you are offered. For that choice, see our Twin vs Freedom From Diabetes comparison.

What should you compare with another program? ACCESS: Compare individual appointments; ADAPTATION: Ask how plans get revised; COST: Use the same service period.

When should HealthyWayFit be on your shortlist?

HealthyWayFit offers private, one-on-one support with senior professionals, not interns, tailored to familiar food, lifestyle and individual challenges. Its model includes an assigned coach, weekly calls and daily check-ins. Confirm the current package and complete fee.

Consider HWF when continuity of private implementation support is a key buying priority. Ask about the qualifications of your nutrition professional and clinical arrangements available in your location. We are not claiming HWF is cheaper than FFD because matching current quotes have not been established.

Use our Sugarfit alternatives guide if you want a broader shortlist of service models. The purpose is to find suitable support, not to buy the most expensive or most confident promise.

When should HealthyWayFit be on your shortlist? ONE-ON-ONE: Private senior support; CONTINUITY: Assigned coach and follow-up; QUOTE: Confirm the complete current fee.
Editorial comparison questions. Confirm current services, clinical suitability and terms with the provider.

What should you obtain before payment?

Obtain the exact program, tier, batch, residence category, total price and applicable terms in one written summary. Then check that the clinical assessment and practical schedule fit your needs.

Is ₹44,400 the price for everyone? No. It was the displayed India Standard registration amount for the specific November batch checked. Other tiers, residence categories and offers can differ.

Does a supporting partner get the same care? Do not assume so. Ask for the partner’s precise benefits and whether a separate clinical program is needed.

Can I compare HWF without committing? Contact HealthyWayFit for an explanation of its current service and fees. Take the same comparison questions to each provider before deciding.

What should you obtain before payment? EXACT OFFER: Program, tier and batch; RESIDENCE: Confirm the applicable category; DECISION: Keep the written quote and terms.
